About the Course

Sessions will involve some meditation and gentle movement together with discussions, exercises and takeaway resources.

Topics covered will include Concentration and Focus, Opening to Sensation, Emotional Resilience, The Thicket of Thought, Mindful Communication and the Inner Critic. With Embodiment courses there will be slightly more movement & exercises that work directly with the body but no especial physical fitness is required and physical disability is not a problem. (It would be advisable to let me know in advance of any problems with mobility so I can adjust exercises accordingly.)

You will be encouraged to practice for a few minutes per day in order to get the most out of the teaching. A commitment to attend for the course duration is expected, with obvious exceptions due to illness etc. Diversity is welcome – indeed actively encouraged – and I have a policy of never turning anyone away due to lack of funds.
